Thank you for taking the time to visit my website to learn a bit about me. My family and I live, grow, and explore in Boulder, Colorado. The journey here has been incredible, but it is never over… I believe we are never done growing or learning new skills.
My formal education in university was Multimedia Production and Computer Graphics. I have always loved Technology and Design. The recession and my career had other plans though, I became a professional drafter by happenstance. I took the opportunity I was given and grew through various industries; Civil Engineering, Architecture, and Construction. Learning the skills and products as needed. An Autodesk recruiter recognized my courage, technical skills, and customer driven personality and recruited me to join Autodesk.
I started as an Enterprise Technical Support Specialist helping resolve our largest customer's issues in complex high-pressure environments. Here I embraced additional roles and responsibilities outside my normal customer support responsibilities. Including technical writing, coaching, and being a point of escalation between our organization and development. This led to me being promoted to Senior Technical Support Specialist before accepting my current role as a Technical Support Manager.
Since joining Autodesk I have been excited to continue growing and become a valuable part in our amazing company. Now, I am ready and eager to use past and present talents to help our customers in new ways.
